- Looks like its been overheated or through a fire. Terminal strip is melted. Washer securing the top banded plate was heated so much the washer melted off and so the nuts were loose. Maybe it will still work, looked like dust in photo but now seems to be aftermath of heat. In the photo it shows a full label, nice and white. This one is half gone, removed by what appears to have been fire by the edges. 07-01-23
