5. The motor had a damaged magnet and would normally make this non repairable. The manufacturer states that the magnets are non replaceable, but I work in a physics department. Nothing a gauss meter, solvents, epoxy and replacement magnets cant fix. Shipping was a tad expensive, but the motor was packaged very well. All in all item as described and well packaged. 12-27-23
