It is double-ended: at one end the shaft 5/8 in diameter and keyed key included to keep pulley from slipping. Note it is 3450rpm, not the standard 1725rpm of most electric motors. Instructions for reversing direction are on the connector cover plate see 5th photo.

The cord is thick, grounded, and 48 long. This motor does not have an on off switch however, included with lot is the combination and outlet, that was when I purchased it see last 3 photos.

At the other end shaft is 1/2 in diameter and has a flat but no key or pulley.
